The course is an out and back style and is a closed course. It consists of two 6.5 mile loops. Most of the route is on a paved road with a few sections of unpaved fire road. The course is rolling with a gradual elevation gain as you leave the start line and run through the beautiful Firestone campground. There will be an aid station at the turnaround. From the turnaround, you will head back downhill to the start/finish area, where you will begin your second lap. Total elevation gain for the 13.1 miles is approximately 800 feet. The roads will be closed with no vehicle access.
